CEO & Technology Consultant
Mikaila leads Tech552 LLC’s strategy and partnerships. With years of experience in workforce development, he builds innovative programs connecting communities to opportunities in tech. He has served as a Tech Instructor and Internship Management Consultant at Zip Code Wilmington and Year Up United, where he trained hundreds of students for software engineering roles at leading companies across the U.S. When he is not teaching, Mikaila consults with organizations on tech talent pipelines, and community workforce initiatives.
Froilan Miranda
AI & Technology Consultant
Froilan believes that AI skills should be within everyone's reach, regardless of prior technical experience. He approaches teaching with patience and clarity, breaking down complex concepts into understandable steps and meeting students where they are. His goal is to demystify AI technology while helping learners build genuine confidence alongside practical capability. He specializes in making advanced technical topics accessible to non-technical audiences, creating learning environments where every question is welcomed and supported.

Niyi is a professional and domain expert with a successful global career providing advisory and operational services across industries including Public Sector, Finance, Media, ICT, and Supply Chain in Nigeria, UK, and USA. He has a proven track record of building high-performance teams. He founded and grew two startups into category leaders.
Jide Ojo
Data Science Consultant
Jide is a python programmer and data scientist with over 6 years of proven work experience in architecting and developing robust software solutions across diverse industries. He holds a bachelors of science degree in science and mathematics and is an expert in the complete software development lifecycle. He specializes in designing and delivering scalable systems and is very passionate about process optimization. Prior to joining us, Jide worked a plethora of roles including senior software engineer and data scientist at various organizations.
